We’re not co-working and we’re not a traditional commercial real estate building, we’re the bridge. If you’re growing fast, its hard to know how many employees you’ll have and what size space you need, and that’s where we come in with turnkey, flexible term offices. When the time is right, and your company has stabilized (or if you’re already there), you can find traditional, long term leasing options in our building as well.
